OUR STORY
Since March of 2000, Coutts Coffee has been roasting Arabica, Fair Trade, Organic coffees. As members of Cooperative Coffees, our green beans are sourced directly from small farmers. Roasting is done in-house in small batches, using a purely traditional method to achieve the ultimate development of each coffee's unique characteristics.

Our mission is to provide our customers with the finest coffees sourced from around the world. These Fair Trade, Organic coffees are farmer friendly as they provide a guaranteed fair price to the farmer in exchange for a fair price for the coffees. These cooperative farmers practice high quality, eco-friendly farming that helps to protect our environment and ensure exceptional products.

OUR CAFÉ
Our cafe and roastery is located on Gore Street in "The Sheriff's House" - a heritage building dating back to 1841 where Sheriff Thompson once resided.The building features original stone walls and fireplace, as well as deep window sills. It is perched along the Tay Canal offering wonderful views of Gore St. and the water.
We offer ample seating in a variety of rooms, as well as outdoor seating on a deck alongside the water's edge.
