At Coutts & Company we source a broad selection of the finest
and highest grade Arabica coffee beans from various regions of the world.
Then, we roast the beans using a purely traditional method to achieve the
ultimate development of each region's unique characteristics.
On a daily basis, we roast our coffees on the premises to ensure freshness
and quality. Finally, our trained and knowledgeable staff plays an important
role in helping you choose a Varietal (single origin) or a Blend that will
delight your palate!

ORGANICS
Guatemalan Organic: For the adventurer looking for a few funky notes and
a little drama, this medium roast coffee is an excellent choice.
Guatemalan beans inspire adjectives like "smokey" and "chocolaty",
and paired with its medium to full body, this coffee is considered
by many to be one of the best coffees of the world.
Mexican Organic: Medium dark roast with balanced acidity and good
body. It is earthy and smooth, with a slight hint of roasted hazelnuts.
Sumatra Organic: Similar to our traditional Sumatra, this medium dark
roast Indonesian bean is full of intense body with underlying earthy
tones, also with a very clean finish. With very low acidity and a sweet
aroma, Sumatra beans make an incredibly pleasing cup of coffee!
FLAVOURED COFFEE
At Coutts & Company we also carry a selection of flavoured coffees that have
been freshly roasted and flavoured in-house with a natural extract to provide
the ultimate taste in a flavoured coffee.
MILD
Colombian Supremo: The best of Colombian beans, this is a medium
roast, well balanced and vibrant coffee with medium body and a rich aroma.
Columbian Supremo Decaf is also available.
Costa Rican: This consistently high quality medium roast coffee is rarely
out of balance - it offers just the right amount of acidity, aroma, and body.
It makes a sweet, clean, and beautifully pure cup of coffee.
Kenya "AA": Sparkling acidity is the keynote of this medium roast coffee.
A vigorous coffee with intense flavour and aroma. Appreciated for its distinctive
winey taste.
Salida Del Sol: The "breakfast blend" of our coffees, this smooth and rich
coffee is a marriage of Central and South American beans. A favourite at
many local bed and breakfast establishments!
MEDIUM

Harry & Rosie: A blend of coffee designed to be served at a local Market
& Grill, this coffee combines beans from Central and South America to create
a smooth and flavourful cup of coffee.
House Blend: Our house coffee is a blend of beans from the Americas. We've
taken beans for a rich aroma, beans for intense body, and beans for smokey
flavour to produce a rich and satisfying coffee.
MEDIUM DARK
Brazil Dark: Very pleasing, sweet and slightly sharp with a dry spiciness
that includes a hint of allspice and cloves.
Espresso Classico: Used for all our in-store espresso based beverages,
this blend of Central American and South American beans is a medium dark
roast. It provides perfect crema, and is assertive and bittersweet with
a lingering syrupy aftertaste.
Mocha Java: A blend of Indonesian and African beans, this medium dark
roast coffee is full of character with great flavour and richness.
Indian Monsoon Malabar: This French roast coffee is one of the best
aged Indian coffees, as it is left to age during the monsoon season.
The coffee is deep and full bodied with a complex and powerful spicy
aroma and notes of cinnamon.
Knight's Dream: A blend of Indonesian and Central American beans
created to be served as a "dessert" coffee. Medium dark roast full
of body, yet with a slight twist of sparkle - it is bold and assertive
but with a hint of sweetness.
Goodwood Oven: Designed to be served at a local gourmet pizzeria, this
medium dark blend of Indonesian and Central American beans is full bodied,
aromatic and rich. The perfect compliment to a heavy meal.
Sumatra Mandheling: Provides what one connoisseur terms a "luscious herbal
funk", this medium dark roast Indonesian bean is full of intense body
with underlying earthy tones. With very low acidity and a sweet aroma,
Sumatra beans make an incredibly pleasing cup of coffee! Our best
selling bean. Sumatra Water Process Decaf and Organic is also available.
DARK
Continental Dark: Our darkest roasted bean. Bold and assertive with a syrupy aftertaste.
Fiddleheads: Served at the restaurant next door to our café, this blend
of Continental Dark and a Central American bean is full of body and flavour.
